Instructions for tassel garland
Take your tassels garland, untie ribbon at the top of garland. Stretch out garland and hang it, where it can be extended in whole length.
Spread tassels on the ribbon with equal gaps in between them. Gently comb tassels with your fingers, while all fringes straight and no tangles left.
Leave it to hang for a day, while all creases flatten. If there is no time to wait or creases doesn’t disappear - use a hand steamer and lightly steam the tassels until the wrinkles fall out.
